Orders are shipped and delivered exclusively on working days (Monday to Friday), except for national and local holidays.
When your package is shipped, you will receive an email containing the courier's tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the package is tracked from the moment the email is sent.
The products purchased will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer within 2-3 working days from acceptance of the order by Mantero, at the cost set on the Website before sending the order. For deliveries outside Italy, shipping costs, duties and delivery times may vary.
Any customs import charges are included in the shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland or countries outside the European Union.
The delivery times specified by Mantero are indicative, and any delay does not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or request compensation and indemnity.
When the product is delivered, the Customer must check that the packaging is integral, undamaged nor otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging or product must be immediately reported by contacting Customer Service. Customer Service must receive such reports within seven working days of delivery, under the procedures set out in Point 8 of these General Sales Terms and Conditions.
