The products on sale on www.mantero.com (hereafter the "Website") are sold and invoiced by Mantero Seta S.p.A., with its registered office in Via R. Mantero, 15 - 22070 Grandate (CO), a company registered with the Como-Lecco Chamber of Commerce under Economic and Administrative Index - REA no. 257848 of the Companies Register, Tax Code/VAT no. 02387120138. General Sales Conditions
1. GENERAL SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACT STIPULATION
1.1 The contract is stipulated between Mantero Seta S.p.A. (hereafter "Mantero") and the Customer (i.e. the individual or legal entity purchasing on the Website) following the total or partial acceptance of the Mantero order. If the order is not accepted, Mantero will promptly notify the Customer.
1.2 By placing an order using different methods, according to the Website's order form (hereafter the "order"), the Customer declares that they have read all the instructions provided during the purchase procedure and fully accepts these general terms and conditions (hereafter the "Terms and Conditions").
1.3 These General Sales Terms and Conditions may be printed or saved on a durable medium, under art. 12 of Legislative Decree no. 70/2003 and art. 51 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014.
2. WEBSITE REGISTRATION
2.1 Products can be purchased after registering on the Website or in "guest" mode.
2.2 To register on the Website, the user must fill out the form by entering their name, surname, a valid email address, a password and clicking on "create an account.” Successful registration on the Website will be confirmed by email to the address provided during the registration process.
2.3 Registration credentials (email address and password) allow the Customer to make purchases on the Website quicker, save favourite products, and access their order history. Registration credentials are confidential, can only be used by the Customer and are not transferable to third parties.
3.PURCHASING METHODS
3.1 The products sold by Mantero are only those available on the Website www.mantero.com when the order is placed, as described in the related information sheets.
3.2 The images accompanying the product description sheet are for information purposes only and may present slight differences from the physical product, also depending on the browser used.
3.3 The Customer must enter their data in the form on the Website to correctly forward the order after carefully examining the General Sales Terms and Conditions and features of the product(s) they intend to purchase. The Customer may request Mantero to issue an invoice for the purchase under art. 22 of Presidential Decree no. 633/1972, adding the mandatory tax data.
3.4 Mantero confirms correct receipt of the order using an email reply sent to the email address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will summarise the Sales Terms and Conditions, as foreseen by the applicable regulations, data entered and products purchased by the Customer. This enables the Customer to verify it and promptly communicate any necessary corrections of incorrect data.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS
4.1 The prices specified on the Website are considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment charges will be communicated in advance to the Customer through the Website or these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 The following payment methods are available:
- PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay/Pay Express/Scalapay/Klarna
According to their specific procedures, the Customer may use the above-mentioned circuits for payment. - Credit Card/Debit Card
When purchasing goods by credit or debit card, the transaction may occur through the secure PayPal server or other secure server chosen by Mantero (Apple Pay/Google Pay/Pay Express/Scalapay).
In no case and at no payment stage will Mantero know information relating to the Customer credit or debit card, transmitted via secure connection directly to the bank's site that manages the transaction. No Mantero computer archive will retain said data. Mantero may not be held responsible for any fraudulent or undue use of credit or debit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
5. DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS AND RELATED COSTS
5.1The products purchased will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer within 2-3 working days from acceptance of the order by Mantero, at the cost set on the Website before sending the order. For deliveries outside Italy, shipping costs, duties and delivery times may vary.
5.2 Any customs import charges are included in the shipping costs for deliveries to Switzerland or countries outside the European Union.
5.3 The delivery times specified by Mantero are indicative, and any delay does not entitle the Customer to refuse delivery or request compensation and indemnity.
5.4 When the product is delivered, the Customer must check that the packaging is integral, undamaged nor otherwise altered. Any damage to the packaging or product must be immediately reported by contacting Customer Service. Customer Service must receive such reports within seven working days of delivery, under the procedures set out in Point 8 of these General Sales Terms and Conditions.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
6.1 Under Article 52 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Terms and Conditions and thus the purchase contract, without any penalty, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the products.
6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal under Article 6.1. above, the Customer must send Mantero a communication, within the terms specified, to the following email address: customercare.shop@mantero.com, specifying the reason or using the following link *Submit a return request*.
6.3 In case of a withdrawal, the Customer must return the products within 14 working days after receiving the Mantero’s consignment note. Mantero will bear the shipping expenses.
For parcels coming from European Union countries and Switzerland, the shipping address is as follows:

The goods must be returned intact, complete and with the original packaging (including documentation and accessories: labels and tags), without any signs of wear or dirt, under the Terms and Conditions set out below:
the right to withdraw may be applied to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal on part of the product purchased;
6.4 Mantero will reimburse the Customer the entire amount paid, net of any additional shipping costs under Art. 56, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, by transferring the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. The Customer will not incur any cost as a consequence of said reimbursement. Mantero may suspend the reimbursement until receiving the returned product or when the Customer demonstrates that they have correctly shipped the product, whichever is earlier.
6.5 The Customer will forfeit the right of withdrawal if Mantero discovers that:
- the returned product or its accessories or packaging are not intact;
- the product is missing integral elements or accessories (e.g. fasteners, belts, gadgets, etc.).
7. WARRANTY
7.1 All Mantero products are covered by a 24-month warranty for defects under Title III of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. To benefit from assistance under warranty, the Customer must keep the payment receipt or invoice.
7.2 The warranty for conformity defects shall apply for defective products, provided that the relevant product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and the washing instructions on the product information sheet.
7.3 If Mantero is unable to replace the product under warranty to the Customer for any reason, Mantero will proceed to refund the total amount.
7.4 If the warranty allows a product return, the Customer must do this in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories).

9. PRIVACY
9.1 Mantero will process the personal data collected when forwarding the order for the sole purpose of meeting the Customer's requests, EU Regulation 679/2016 and the Privacy Policy on the Website. Any further processing will be carried out only with the Customer's consent.
10. APPLICABLE LAW
10.1 The sales contract referred to in these Terms and Conditions and its execution shall be governed by Italian law, while conflict and United Nations Convention rules for the International Sale of Goods are not applied. The Court of Como shall have jurisdiction on the relevant disputes.
