You do not need to create an account to finalise your purchase. You can place your order as a guest. We recommend registering to complete your purchases faster, save your contact details and payment methods, manage your shipping details and save your favourite articles
What can I do if I need help when placing an order?

Do I receive a confirmation after placing my order?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirming it has been received. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. You will receive another email after your details have been checked and the product availability has been confirmed.

Mantero 1902 ships to all European countries - Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden - and Switzerland.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery will take place within three working days from the date of the order. Mantero 1902 makes every effort to ensure compliance with the established delivery times. Still, your order might be slightly delayed at particular times of the year. Any delays in shipping, due to closures or holidays, will be communicated on the site and in the order confirmation.
Can I request an invoice?
To receive an invoice for your purchase, you must indicate at check out by selecting a different billing address and entering your VAT number or tax code. If you require the invoice in electronic format, you can enter your PEC code in the appropriate space or send an e-mail to our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org providing your PEC address or SDI code.
How do I know my order status?
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing the courier tracking number to track your package. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before the package is tracked from the moment the email is sent. Orders are dispatched and delivered from Monday to Friday, except for national and local holidays and special delivery requests.
Can I change my shipping address?
It is impossible to change the shipping address once the order has been confirmed. Please make sure you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, depending on the destination country chosen. Standard delivery in Italy requires a contribution of € 8, in other European countries € 11, in Switzerland € 25 but only for orders under € 150. Shipping is free for orders above € 150.
Do I have to pay for returns?
No, the return is free of charge.

How does the return work?
The goods must be returned undamaged and with their original packaging (tags and packaging), used only for the time necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics and size, without any signs of wear or dirt, according to the rules of due diligence.
How is the refund made?
We will reimburse the entire amount paid, net of any additional shipping costs under Art. 56, paragraph 2 of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014) within 14 (fourteen) days from the return request, by transferring the amount charged, using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise requested.

Do you offer gift packaging?
Our products are delivered in the packaging (boxes with grosgrain ribbon, fabric envelopes and bags) suitable for gift-giving. A customised card can be requested when ordering.
Will finished products be available again?
We often re-stock models, patterns and sizes but out-of-stock products will not always be available. Our customer service and the online suggestions of related products may be a good alternative for your new selection.
